Recipe: Chicken, Potatoes, Carrot & Onion

Ingredients: Chicken breast, two potatoes, one carrot, and one onion
 
Chinese Instructions:
  • 鸡肉切丁放在碗里备用,加入料酒,老抽,蚝油,面粉,腌制5-10分钟
  • 土豆切丁备用
  • 洋葱切碎备用
  • 锅里放入油,先炒土豆,盛出备用
  • 鸡胸肉和洋葱大火炒5分钟
  • 放入土豆后,加一勺料酒,生抽,老抽和蚝油,以及一小杯清水
  • 大火炒3-5分钟,可以出锅。

English Instructions:

  • Dice the chicken and put it in a bowl. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, flour, and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  • Dice potatoes and set aside
  • Chop the onion and set aside
  • Put oil in the pan, fry the potatoes first, then set aside
  • Stir-fry chicken breast and onion for 5 minutes
  • After adding the potatoes, add a spoonful of cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, and a small glass of water
  • Stir-fry on high heat for 3-5 minutes before serving.
  •  Best eaten with a bowl of white rice
