Meet Fangruyi Jiang - Mandarin Chinese Teacher

Fangruyi is a native Mandarin speaker with a background in Childhood Studies and Child and Adolescent Mental Health. She has always had a passion for working with children and loves finding fun, creative ways to bring Mandarin to life for young learners.

Her teaching style is patient, creative and encouraging. Through stories, games, movement and interactive activities, Fangruyi creates enjoyable lessons that help children feel comfortable and confident as they discover and practise new Mandarin words.

Outside of teaching, Fangruyi enjoys art, photography and playing the guzheng, a traditional Chinese musical instrument. She loves sharing elements of Chinese language and culture with children and making these discoveries fun, engaging and memorable.

Fangruyi hopes that every child leaves her lessons with a smile, having learned something new and feeling excited to continue their Mandarin journey.
